Kabul ve Yaş
Sincap'ı indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşulları'nı ve Gizlilik Politikası'nı kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
Uygulama 4 yaş ve üzeri için uygundur. Reşit olmayan bir kullanıcıysanız, uygulamayı yalnızca bir ebeveyn veya vasinin gözetiminde ve onayıyla kullanın. Sincap Pro gibi ücretli bir abonelik satın alıyorsanız, satın alma için yasal yaşta olmanız ya da ebeveyn/vasi onayını almanız gerekir.
Hizmetin Tanımı
Sincap, kişisel gelir ve giderlerinizi takip etmenize yardımcı olan bir kişisel finans uygulamasıdır. Başlıca özellikleri şunlardır:
Gelir ve gider takibi: tutar, açıklama, kategori, tarih ve ödeme durumu ile işlem ekleme; tekrar eden veya taksitli işlemler.
Kategoriler ve bütçe: kendi kategorilerinizi oluşturma ve kategori başına bütçe limitleri belirleme.
Finansal hedefler: birikim hedefleri oluşturma ve ilerlemenizi izleme.
Abonelik takibi: kendi düzenli ödemelerinizi (abonelikler) ve sonraki ödeme tarihlerini izleme.
Raporlar: gelir/gider özetleri, kategori dağılımları ve aylık PDF raporu.
Hatırlatmalar: ödeme tarihleri ve finansal son tarihler için cihazınızda oluşturulan yerel bildirimler.
Sesle işlem ekleme: konuşarak hızlıca işlem girme (bu özellik için izniniz istenir).
Tüm verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır. Sunucu, kullanıcı hesabı veya takip yoktur. Sincap bir banka, ödeme kuruluşu veya yatırım danışmanlık hizmeti değildir ve finansal tavsiye sunmaz.
Abonelik ve Otomatik Yenileme
Sincap'ın gelişmiş özellikleri Sincap Pro aboneliği ile açılır. İki plan sunulur: aylık ve yıllık otomatik yenilenen abonelik. Fiyatlar, satın alma ekranında bulunduğunuz ülke/mağazaya göre güncel haliyle gösterilir.
Ödeme: Tüm satın almalar Apple App Store üzerinden yapılır. Ücret, satın alımı onayladığınızda Apple Hesabınıza tahsil edilir.
Otomatik yenileme: Abonelik, mevcut dönem bitmeden en az 24 saat önce kapatılmadıkça otomatik olarak yenilenir. Yenileme ücreti, dönemin bitiminden önceki 24 saat içinde alınır.
İptal ve yönetim: Aboneliğinizi istediğiniz zaman Ayarlar → Apple Hesabı → Abonelikler üzerinden yönetebilir veya kapatabilirsiniz. Uygulama içindeki "Satın Almayı Geri Yükle" seçeneğiyle daha önceki satın almalarınızı geri yükleyebilirsiniz.
Ücretsiz deneme: Bu uygulamada ücretsiz deneme yoktur; abonelik ilk günden itibaren ücretlidir.
Ücretsiz ve Pro Ayrımı
Sincap'ın temel gelir-gider takibini ücretsiz kullanabilirsiniz. Ücretsiz katmanda bazı sayısal limitler bulunur (örneğin sınırlı sayıda bütçe, hedef, abonelik ve özel kategori). Bu limitler, Pro'da kaldırılır ve sınırsız olur.
Sincap Pro aşağıdaki ek özelliklerin kilidini açar:
Aylık finansal özetin PDF rapor olarak dışa aktarılması.
Finansal Zaman Tüneli.
Finansal Sağlık Skoru.
Ay sonu gider tahmini.
Gelişmiş içgörüler (hafta içi/sonu alışkanlıkları, tasarruf önerileri, tekrarlayan harcama kalıpları).
Hedefe kategori bağlama.
Otomatik (cihazda) yedekleme.
Sınırsız bütçe, hedef, abonelik ve özel kategori.
Mevcut limit dolu olsa bile, daha önce eklediğiniz kayıtlar kilitlenmez veya silinmez; yalnızca limiti aşan yeni ekleme engellenir. Pro reklamsızdır ve ödeme sonrası ek kısıtlama uygulanmaz.
Kullanıcı Sorumlulukları
Uygulamayı kullanırken aşağıdakileri kabul edersiniz:
Girdiğiniz finansal bilgilerin doğruluğundan ve uygulamayı yasalara uygun, kişisel amaçlarla kullanmaktan siz sorumlusunuz.
Verileriniz yalnızca cihazınızda tutulduğundan, oluşturduğunuz yedeklerin ve dışa aktardığınız raporların güvenliği sizin sorumluluğunuzdadır. Yedeği veya raporu paylaştığınızda (örneğin e-posta, Dosyalar veya bulut sürücü ile) verinin cihaz dışına çıkıp çıkmayacağı sizin seçiminize bağlıdır.
Cihazınızın ve yedeklerinizin kaybolması, bozulması veya silinmesine karşı kendi yedeğinizi almanız önerilir.
Uygulamayı tersine mühendislik yapmamayı, kötüye kullanmamayı veya başkalarının haklarını ihlal edecek şekilde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.
Sorumluluğun Sınırlandırılması ve Apple Koşulları
Uygulama "olduğu gibi" ve "mevcut haliyle" sunulur. Sincap, finansal kararlarınıza esas teşkil edecek bir tavsiye veya garanti vermez. Yürürlükteki yasaların izin verdiği ölçüde, uygulamanın kullanımından doğan dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan geliştirici sorumlu tutulamaz; veri girişlerinizin doğruluğu ve finansal kararlarınız size aittir.
Apple App Store üzerinden sunulan standart hükümler gereği:
Bu sözleşme yalnızca sizinle geliştirici (Lesmazer) arasındadır; Apple bu sözleşmenin tarafı değildir.
Apple, uygulamadan kaynaklanan herhangi bir talep, bakım veya destekten sorumlu değildir.
Uygulamaya dair destek doğrudan geliştirici tarafından sağlanır: contact@lesmazer.com.
Apple ve iştirakleri, bu koşulların üçüncü taraf yararlanıcılarıdır ve koşulları size karşı uygulama hakkına sahiptir.
Uygulanacak Hukuk, Değişiklikler ve İletişim
Bu Kullanım Koşulları Türkiye Cumhuriyeti hukukuna tabidir.
Geliştirici, bu koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebilir. Önemli değişiklikler yürürlüğe girdiğinde sayfanın üst kısmındaki "Son Güncelleme" tarihi yenilenir. Değişiklikten sonra uygulamayı kullanmaya devam etmeniz, güncel koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.

Acceptance and Age
By downloading, installing, or using Sincap, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept these terms, do not use the app.
The app is suitable for users aged 4 and older. If you are a minor, use the app only under the supervision and with the consent of a parent or guardian. If you purchase a paid subscription such as Sincap Pro, you must be of legal age to do so or have obtained parental/guardian consent.
Description of the Service
Sincap is a personal finance app that helps you track your personal income and expenses. Its main features are:
Income and expense tracking: add transactions with amount, description, category, date, and payment status; recurring or installment transactions.
Categories and budgets: create your own categories and set per-category budget limits.
Financial goals: create savings goals and monitor your progress.
Subscription tracking: track your own recurring payments (subscriptions) and upcoming billing dates.
Reports: income/expense summaries, category breakdowns, and a monthly PDF report.
Reminders: local notifications created on your device for payment dates and financial deadlines.
Voice entry: quickly add a transaction by speaking (permission is requested for this feature).
All your data is stored only on your device. There is no server, user account, or tracking. Sincap is not a bank, payment institution, or investment advisory service and does not provide financial advice.
Subscription and Auto-Renewal
Sincap's advanced features are unlocked with a Sincap Pro subscription. Two plans are offered: a monthly and a yearly auto-renewing subscription. Prices are shown in the purchase screen as currently set for your country/store.
Payment: All purchases are made through the Apple App Store. The fee is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
Auto-renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal fee is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancellation and management: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time via Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" option inside the app.
Free trial: This app has no free trial; the subscription is paid from the first day.
Free vs Pro
You can use Sincap's core income and expense tracking for free. The free tier has some numeric limits (for example, a limited number of budgets, goals, subscriptions, and custom categories). These limits are removed and become unlimited with Pro.
Sincap Pro unlocks the following additional features:
Exporting your monthly financial summary as a PDF report.
Unlimited budgets, goals, subscriptions, and custom categories.
Even when a free limit is reached, records you have already added are not locked or deleted; only new additions that would exceed the limit are blocked. Pro is ad-free, and no additional restrictions apply after payment.
User Responsibilities
When using the app, you agree to the following:
You are responsible for the accuracy of the financial information you enter and for using the app lawfully and for personal purposes.
Because your data is kept only on your device, the security of the backups you create and the reports you export is your responsibility. When you share a backup or report (for example via email, Files, or a cloud drive), whether the data leaves your device depends on your choice.
You are advised to keep your own backups to protect against loss, corruption, or deletion of your device or backups.
You agree not to reverse-engineer, misuse, or use the app in any way that infringes the rights of others.
Limitation of Liability and Apple Terms
The app is provided "as is" and "as available". Sincap does not provide advice or guarantees that should form the basis of your financial decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the developer cannot be held liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app; the accuracy of your data entries and your financial decisions are your own responsibility.
Under the standard terms applicable to apps offered through the Apple App Store:
This agreement is solely between you and the developer (Lesmazer); Apple is not a party to this agreement.
Apple is not responsible for any claims, maintenance, or support relating to the app.
Support for the app is provided directly by the developer: contact@lesmazer.com.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
Governing Law, Changes, and Contact
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
The developer may update these terms from time to time. When significant changes take effect, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is refreshed. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
